To use our eBay Feedback Finder, please use the following directions.

Register with auctionpix.co.uk

You can choose between a FREE account or MEMBERS account : Start here

Create your auctionpix user name and enter a valid email address

On receipt of our auto email with your temp password, login to auctionpix.co.uk

Select the 'personal info' section

Here you can reset your temp password to one of your choice

Create your eBay token

Create your eBay token from the Welcome page, using the eBay ID you wish to use the tool for.

(Further information on eBay tokens is here : eBay tokens)

To use multiple eBay ID's, you will need an additional auctionpix account for each ID

On return from eBay log back into your auctionpix account

What does the Feedback Finder show?

The Feedback Finder shows completed sales within the last 60 days where :

The buyer has not yet left you feedback for you

This tool enables you to identify easily those buyers to :

Send a gentle 'please leave feedback' reminder to help improve your SNP % rating

Gaining additional +ve feedback will improve your 90 day SNP %

(It helps if you have already left feedback for the buyer to encourage them to leave feedback for you!)

To use the eBay Feedback Finder

Select the eBay Tools icon, then select the Feedback Finder icon

(The next page will show you any applicable auctions)

Use the check boxes to select who to send an email to

Select or create the required email template to send

Click the 'send emails' button

You have now sent your selected email to your selected buyers!

Tips on creating you email template

You will notice there are 'predefined tags' to include in the email body:

{!buyer_id!} displays the buyers eBay ID in the email body, eg : Hello {!buyer_id!}

{!user_id!} displays your eBay ID in the email, eg Thanks from {!user_id!}

{!item_id!} displays the eBay item number in the email body

{!item_title!} displays the eBay auction title in the email body

You can use the predefined tags to automatically include data into a generic email template

You can format plain text using the format buttons available

Try to include a sentance such as below - it really can help to get you 5*'s :

'I hope I've given 5-star service and would welcome a 5-star rating from you, please let me know if I've fallen short of this'

Caution : Some buyers may not appreciate being reminded to leave feedback for you!
So be polite in your request (email template) to them, and perhaps explain why you need feedback from them ?

Thats it, you are set to go, you can now easily send Feedback Reminder emails to selected buyers.
