Register with auctionpix.co.uk

You can choose between a FREE account or MEMBERS account : Start here

Create your auctionpix user name and enter a valid email address

On receipt of our auto email with your temp password, login to auctionpix.co.uk

Create your eBay token

Create your eBay token from the Welcome page, using the eBay ID you wish to use the tool for.

(Further information on eBay tokens is here : eBay tokens)

To use multiple eBay ID's, you will need an additional auctionpix account for each ID

On return from eBay log back into your auctionpix account

Select the 'personal info' section

Here you can reset your temp password to one of your choice

Select the eBay tools section

Select the Auction Mapping tool icon

(This will activate the tool to get data from eBay)

Once activated, new data is automatically updated and included

(You may need to revisit the tool later to see your data?)

On page load, the default view is your last 30 days sales.

Use the date filters to show results for a different time period.

Don't forget you expand the results by using the extended Mapping Statistics

(Linked just underneath the Auction Mapping page header title)

Some column headers are 'clickable' to sort the order of how the results are displayed

Technical Notes re saved Sales History

eBay only provide the last 30 days of sales history, which we store for you

Regular use of the tool will build a Sales History beyond the initial 30 days

(First run of the tool gives last 30 days, subsequent later runs show 30+ days)

Auction Mapping : Additional functionality to follow

A 'virtual' map of the UK, Europe, USA and Rest of the World showing 'sales to' will become available.

An option to automatically display the 'virtual' map on your eBay auctions will become available
