To use our Image magnifier display, please use the following directions.Register with AuctionPix.co.uk
You will need to select a MEMBERS (paid for) account : Start here Create your AuctionPix user name and enter a valid email address A temporary password will be emailed to you Follow the links to pay for and activate your account (Fees are 3mths=GBP£10|6mths=GBP£20|12mths=GBP£40 (USD$20|USD$40|USD$80) To view a sample of the Image Magnifier, then please : Click Here Making an Image Magnify display
Once logged in with an active Members account Select the eBay Tools Icon, from the next page select the Magnify Glass icon Click the 'Create New' button to get to the image upload page Here, you browse and select from your local PC files, the images you require You need at least 2 images (max 5 images) for best results Once selected, click the 'Save' button to generate the display You will now see a 'Preview' of your display, and the required HTML code Highlight and copy ALL the code shown, then paste to your auction description HTML (See Hints and Tips below for further help) Hints and Tips for the Image Magnifier
Image size (in pixels) : Each image needs to be no bigger than 1000 x 1000 pixels for best results Image file type : .jpg's are best with a reasonable compression (75%-80%) to optimize file size (in kbs) Any good image editing program can do this for you, a FREE one I recomend is : Irfanview A plain/clear background for your images is better than a fussy detailed background For a good, easy to use program to apply clear (white) or different backgrounds try : BlingIt! Thats it, you are set to go, you can now add Image Magnifier displays to your eBay auction descriptions!Each AuctionPix user account will be able to create upto 10 different displays Each created display has a Delete and Edit function - so you can change any created to another (If you edit a created display, you will need to use the updated HTML code produced) Don't forget you need to be in HTML view to apply the code to the eBay description box on SYI forms Only use ONE instance of the display per auction or web page Want to try it for FREE! - then visit AuctionPix.co.uk, and log in with user name guest, password is guest
